Today I wanted to film Wednesday Vlog & Vegan Transitioning | My Supplements.I decided to go vegan and to start with purchasing a few supplements . These are supposed to give you energy and proteins and so far they are great! I feel much more energetic and less tired as well these supplement mixed in a smoothie taste delicious🙂

They contain amino acids which help promote muscle performance, energy production, endurance and strength.
It contains as much Vitamin C as blueberries and is also a source of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and E. It is also a source of calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper.
They also contain a decent amount of Zinc, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Potassium, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) and Vitamin B2.
